OCCUPATION: Manager of the Kemah Bed & Breakfast Group
SIGNATURE OUTFIT: A long, flowy skirt with a fitted waist, black boots and a belt. Something with a hippie vibe, but a feminine flair.
FAVORITE PLACES TO SHOP: “I love little boutiques like Norma’s Country Dreams in Deer Park and La De Da Lingerie in Webster. At the mall, my go-to store is usually Dillard’s.”
FASHION ICONS: “I’ve always loved Stevie Nicks and that sort of hippie, witchy style. But I also love the fashion of Victoria Osteen, from Lakewood Church in Houston. We went to high school together and I loved how neither she nor I would dress like everybody else.”
FASHION ADVICE: “I just think that everybody should get up and get dressed. It’s not just that I get dressed nice because I’m going somewhere special. I remember my mother would get up, do her makeup and get ready for the day. It just sets the tone, because you just never know what’s going to happen any day of your life.”
GO-TO WINTER OUTFIT: “I love winter because it’s time to bring out the boots and I love black boots with a long black coat and a fitted top.”
GO-TO SPRING OUTFIT: “Even in the summer, I like a long flowy dress. Anything that hangs away from your body in the heat I think is great. I also love the Victorian look with some puffy sleeves.”
DREAM FASHION PURCHASE: “I would buy the top-of-the-line designer purses, shoes and watches from The Galleria in Houston or go to Rodeo Drive and just buy Antonio Melani, Marc Jacobs and Michael Kors.”
