How does being an “IV” make you feel? The IV in my name gives me a touch of royalty. The Roman numerals are very bold and yet aristocratic.
How would you describe yourself as a dish? Curry. A warm dish, spicy and delicious.
What’s something you’d like to master? Speaking Spanish would be nice. I took French in high school thinking it was an exotic and sexy language. But France is across an ocean; Mexico is a few hours down the road.
What not to eat? Rare pork or hamburger. It’s a no-no. Not just legally by instructions from the Health Department, but the thought of what one could ingest eating these meats raw makes me cringe.
