PAWS Gala Elite Pet Owners, vignette designers, major sponsors and Galveston Island Humane Society Board members were honored Aug. 20 at a cocktail reception preceding the 15th annual PAWS Gala “For Your Paws Only.” The festivities were enjoyed at the home of gala co-chair Mary Ann Salch.
