Galveston Art League Juried Show [Sept. 3-26]

Mixed Media Art Workshop [Sept. 11]
Galveston Art League workshop instructor Lisette McClung will teach students who have experience with acrylic paints to create a mixed media painting using handmade Gelli-printed paper. Galveston Island Shrimp Festival [Sept. 24-25]
Galveston Island is a seafood lover’s paradise all year round, but this September, Yaga’s Entertainment Inc. will bring foodies a little taste of heaven at the Galveston Island Shrimp Festival, featuring some of the best shrimp gumbo the Gulf Coast has to offer.
